Reba Leonard has over 30 years of experience in analysis, business process improvement, project management and operations management in the U.S. Army, and financial services and insurance industries. Reba gained her exceptional leadership and analysis skills while serving as a Military Intelligence Communications Analyst in the U.S. Army. Qualified in three military intelligence specialties, Reba served as an Adjunct Faculty member to the National Security Agency, instructing and development curriculum for the U.S. Army Intelligence community. Following her military service, Reba spent 14 years in the financial services industry as an Assistant Vice President, specializing in business development support and project management of consumer credit payment processing systems, securitization projects and retail integrations. Reba earned her Project Management Professional certification in 2006. Most recently, Reba has been working in the insurance industry, serving as Chief Compliance Officer for a national agency and Third Party Administrator in the health insurance sector where she honed her government relations skills. Reba earned her Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional certification in 2012.
