Terrie Heinrich Rizzo is the Advisory Board Chair for NTG. Drawing on her extensive experience in public affairs and politics, Terrie helps client’s interface with elected officials and governmental entities at the local, state and national levels.
Terrie is the former Chairwoman of the Florida Democratic Party and is a three-term elected member of the Democratic National Committee. She has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors, with over 40 years of experience in organizational management, governmental relations, health care policy and communications.
Terrie is an honors graduate of Penn State and Johns Hopkins Universities, and is a specialist in adult health and fitness education and ergonomics. She has held positions at the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Stanford University, and founded one of the first fitness organizations in Europe. She is the author of several books and numerous academic & consumer articles. Raised as a Navy brat, she has had the privilege of living in many areas of the United States and abroad.
