As NTG’s Chief of Staff, Mike Bertrand helps manage the firm’s national network of regulatory professionals. A native Vermonter, he served in several high-level positions in the Green Mountain state, including Commissioner of Banking and Insurance, Commissioner of Labor and Industry and Deputy Secretary of Administration. Following government, he worked as a political consultant and managed regulatory and government affairs for a national health insurance agency. He is a graduate of Penn State University and Fordham Law School.
